Chicken fry

Who does not like to eat fried chicken??? Here is yet another easy to cook recipe.

Preparation time : 15 minutes

Frying Time : 10 minutes

Ingredients :

  1. Chicken – 1 kg
  2. Red Chilly powder – 1 tablespoon
  3. Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  4. Ginger – garlic paste – 2 teaspoon
  5. Vinegar – 3 tablespoon
  6. salt – to taste
  7. tomato paste – 100 gms
  8. Curry leaves – in large quantity.

METHOD :

Step 1:Marinate Chicken with chilly powder , turmeric powder , ginger-garlic paste , vinegar and salt. Shallow fry it.

Step 2:In a pan, Add little oil . Add curry leaves and tomato paste. Saute well until raw smell goes. Toss fried chicken into this. Serve it hot with biryani , pulao etc.
