Here is the quick recipe for simple bhindi / Okra / Ladies finger fry. This goes well with any meals as wells as simple rice and dal too.
Preparation time : 5 minutes
Cook time : 10 minutes
Serves : 3
Ingredients :
15 to 20 okra / bhindi
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 lime juice
salt to taste
Method :
Wash and clean the okras and cut both the ends. Slit the okras.
In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.
In a pan, add 2 teaspoon oil and shallow fry the marinated okras till done by flipping them once in between.
Serve the spicy okra fry with rice and dal. Enjoy 🙂
