Finger sandwich / mayo sandwich

Its  a very easy, quick and an alternative of coleslaw sandwich, by  changing one ingredient.  Ideal for quick breakfast, snacks and kids lunch boxes.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Serves : 3

Ingredients:

  • 4  pieces of bread, cut into 4 small rectangular shapes
  • 1 cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1/2 carrot, grated
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pepper as per taste

Method:

  1. In a bowl, add cucumber, carrot and mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix well.
  2. Spread this filling in between the  bread pieces and serve.
