Noodles are an all-time favourite dish of children. Why don’t make it healthy using veggies and eggs!!Here is how its made at b2d!

Serves – 3-4
- Spaghetti / noodles – 200 gms
- eggs – 4
- Bell pepper (red, yellow , orange ) – 1/2 each (sliced thinly)
- Green bell pepper – 1 (sliced thinly)
- onion – 1 (sliced)
- garlic – 3 cloves (finely chopped)
- Carrot – 1 (thinly sliced)
- spring onion – 1
- chicken stock (optional ) – 1 cube
- soy sauce – 2 tablespoon
- ketchup – 3 tablespoon
- thai chilly sauce – 2 teaspoon
- vinegar – 1 tablespoon
- salt , pepper , butter ,oil
Step 1 : Heat water in a vessel .when it starts boiling, add enough salt and 1 tablespoon oil. Add in spaghetti and cook until it is done. Drain it well and run cold/normal water on to it (so that the spaghetti don’t stick to each other)
Step 2 : Heat oil in a pan . break in 4 eggs .season it with salt and pepper. Scramble it well. Remove from flame and keep it aside.
Step 3 : Heat butter / oil in a pan. fry garlic for a minute.Add in spring onion and red onion. Saute for a couple of minutes.Add chicken stock cube(optional). Toss in carrot and the bell peppers. Saute it well on high flame for 7-8 minutes . Add in soy sauce , vinegar , ketchup and chilly sauce .Finally add in scrambled egg. Combine very well.
Step 4 : Add cooked noodles to the above and give it a good mix. Finally add a teaspoon of butter and keep in low flame for 5 minutes.
Egg noodles is ready!
