When you are too lazy to prepare a meal, this recipe will definitely come to your rescue. Don’t skip the meal ,instead have a light dinner !

Ingredients:
- Chana/chick peas – 1/2 cup (soaked overnight)
- cornflour – 4 teaspoon
- salt, pepper
- garlic – 2 teaspoon (finely chopped)
- ginger – 1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
- onion – 1 (cubed)
- spring onion – 2 tablespoon
- green chillies – 2 (optional)
- capsicum – 1/2 (cubed)
- vinegar – 2 teaspoon
- soy sauce – 2 teaspoon
- chilly sauce – 2 teaspoon
- Ketchup – 4 teaspoon
Method :
Step 1: Cook chick pea with water and salt in a pressure cooker until it is well cooked. Drain the excess water
Step 2 : Transfer cooked chickpeas to a bowl. Season it with pepper and salt. Add cornflour . Combine until the chickpeas are well coated with the cornflour. Deep fry the chick peas for about 3-4 minutes.
Step 3: In a pan , heat oil . add ginger and garlic . Toss in onion and capsicum. Saute for a couple of minutes.
Step 4: Then add vinegar, soy sauce , ketchup and chilly sauce. Mix it well.
Step 5 : Add spring onion (white) and slit green chillies. Toss in fried chick peas.Combine well.
Step 6: Finally add spring onion greens.
Chilly chana chaat is ready! Serve it hot!
