Arabian rice dishes are usually served with this tomato chutney and it really makes a best pair. Its a quick recipe with few basic ingredients.
- Ripe tomatoes – 3
- Garlic clove – 1 or 2
- Green chilly – 1
- Coriander leaves – few
- Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
- Coarsely blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Tomatoe chutney for kabsa is ready to serve with kabsa or mandi.
