This Seekh kabab is very juicy, mildly spiced chicken kabab. The minced meat is combined with a few basic spices . Then they are formed into cylinders on skewers. Finally they are grilled. Traditionally these are cooked on a outdoor barbecue grill or tandoor. I made it on stove top grill pan.
