This is one of the indo Chinese recipes. Easy to prepare and can be served with veg or non veg fried rice/ noodles.

Ingredients:
For prawns marination
- 500 grams prawns
- 1 tablespoon chilli powder ( reduce for mild spicy)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Juice of half lime
- salt to taste
For deep frying the prawns: 1 teaspoon of cornflour
For dry masala:
- 6 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- 1/2 small sized onion finely chopped
- 1 green chilly finely chopped
- 1/4 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1/4 tablespoon vinegar
- pinch of salt
- few chopped spring onions for garnish.
METHOD:
In a bowl add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, lime juice and cleaned prawns, mix well and marinate for half an hour.
Take 1 teaspoon of cornflour and add to the marination and mix well. In a frying pan, deep fry the marinated prawns. Place the fried prawns in a plate and keep aside.
In a pan/kadai heat 1 tablespoon spoon oil, add garlic and saute for few seconds. Then add onions, green chilly and saute for few seconds. Then add soya sauce, vinegar and pinch of salt and saute for a minute. Then add the fried prawns and saute for a minute. Add few spring onion and saute for few seconds.
Garnish with spring onions and serve it with veg or non veg fried rice or noodles. Enjoy 🙂
