Ingredients:
- Cucumber – 2. finely chopped
- onion – 1/2, finely chopped
- green chilly – 1 , slitted into halves
- coriander leaves – few
- yoghurt – 1 cup
- Salt – to taste
Method :
- In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
- Cucumber raita is ready to serve.
- Add chopped tomatoes to turn it into kachumber raita.
