Broasted chicken is a popular fast food loved by all non vegetarians. Kids crave to eat this too. What else could be the best way to give them other than preparing at home. Here I have used simple ingredients, which are always there in our kitchen.

Serves : 3
500 gms chicken, preferabaly big pieces.
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/ teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano or any herbs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
Wash and clean the chicken pieces and pat dry. Take a fork and prick the chicken pieces all over gently. Then marinate the chicken by adding turmeric powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder, oregano / any herb, salt. For extra spice, add 1/2 teaspoon chilly powder.
Marinate the chicken for 15 minutes. Then whisk the egg and add to the mariantion.
In a plate , take some flour, add pinch of salt. (Here again pinch of chilly powder can be added for spicier coating )
Take the marinated chicken pieces, and coat well with flour mixture one by one, and deep fry till cooked.

For marination, 1/4 teaspoons of other spices like garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, chili flakes also can be added to enhance the taste.
