Its a very quick and tasty dish usually prepared as a snack. It can be eaten as Breakfast for kids as well .

INGREDIENTS:
- Banana – 1 cut into small pieces (nenthra pazham in Malayalam)
- egg – 1
- sugar – 1 teaspoon
- ghee – 1 tablespoon
METHOD :
Heat ghee in a pan. saute bananas for 2 minutes until it turns brown. Then break in egg and scramble it. Add sugar. Saute it for another couple of minutes.
Garnish it with cashew nuts and raisins (sautéed in ghee)
Your dish is ready to be served.
