Roasted red masala powder

The masala powder is very useful powder in my kitchen . I use it to cook chicken, mutton, chana, mushroom etc. Once roasted and powdered, it has a very good shelf life of upto 6 months (1 year if refrigerated).

1.red chilly – 200gms

2.coriander seeds- 1 cup

3.jeera – 2.5 tablespoon

4.fennel seeds – 1/4 cup

5.elaichi – 12

6.cinnamon – 2 inch

7.Pepper – 20

8. Clove – 15

First roast red chilly. Keep it aside. Then roast all the above .powder it all together. Store it in an air tight container.
