Are u bored of regular pulao and looking for a change? Then this chicken stock pulao is the best option, which needs just few readily available ingredients in our kitchen. I have used maggi chicken stock cube here. This pulao doesn’t need adding salt or any spice powder as maggi cubes gives the perfect flavor. However you can make it plain as well as add veggies like potato, peas, carrots etc to make it nutritious.
I have used basmati rice in this recipe, but you can even use jeera rice for same recipe. only the quantity of water differs.
