Breakfast : Multigrain bread, egg sunny side up & a banana
Lunch : Rice, kadala ( black chick peas) curry, palak porial, Mushroom pepper fry & pickle
Dinner : Poori, left over Kadala curry, One pot Aaloo bhaji (Potato bhaji)
