A slightly different snack which is crunchy outside and juicy inside. It’s a simple, easy and yummy recipe.
It is an Egyptian dessert with minimal ingredients . It can be prepared with puff pastry sheets, croissants or bread.
Boil seedless black / purple grapes with enough water. Heat until the skin starts to separate and the grapes start to float. Remove from heat and strain the grapes and soak in cold water. Retain the boiled grape water. Once it is cooled, blend the grapes with the cooled water. Add sugar if needed. A dash of lime juice may also be added.
