Mango lassi

Lassi is a popular traditional yoghurt based drink that originated in Indian subcontinent. Here is the recipe for mango lassi which is absolutely delicious and it’s great during summer.

Serves : 4

Ingredients :

  • Mango – 1 , ripe
  • Yoghurt/ curd – 3.5 cups
  • Sugar – as per taste
  • Salt – a pinch

Method :

  1. Remove the peel of mango and make small chunks.
  2. Add the mango chunks to the blender along with yoghurt/ curd.
  3. Add sugar as required and a pinch of salt. Blend them well.

Add ice cubes and drizzle some rose syrup over the lassi and serve.
