Lassi is a popular traditional yoghurt based drink that originated in Indian subcontinent. Here is the recipe for mango lassi which is absolutely delicious and it’s great during summer.
Serves : 4
- Mango – 1 , ripe
- Yoghurt/ curd – 3.5 cups
- Sugar – as per taste
- Salt – a pinch
- Remove the peel of mango and make small chunks.
- Add the mango chunks to the blender along with yoghurt/ curd.
- Add sugar as required and a pinch of salt. Blend them well.
Add ice cubes and drizzle some rose syrup over the lassi and serve.
