Kulfi is a frozen diary dessert from Indian cuisine. There are many traditional methods to make this. But here is a quick & no cooking recipe. You will need just 4 ingredients, blend together, freeze. That’s it. A delicious kulfi is ready.
Serves : 4 kulfi
- Bread slices – 2
- Evaporated milk- 1 tin, 160 ml
- condensed milk- 1/2 tin
- Pistachios – few
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Pour the mix into kulfi moulds or popsicle moulds.
- Freeze for 8 – 10 hours.
- Kulfi is ready to serve.
