Kulfi is a frozen diary dessert from Indian cuisine. There are many traditional methods to make this. But here is a quick & no cooking recipe. You will need just 4 ingredients, blend together, freeze. That’s it. A delicious kulfi is ready.

Serves : 4 kulfi

Ingredients :

  • Bread slices – 2
  • Evaporated milk- 1 tin, 160 ml
  • condensed milk- 1/2 tin
  • Pistachios – few

Method :

  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Pour the mix into kulfi moulds or popsicle moulds.

  3. Freeze for 8 – 10 hours.
  4. Kulfi is ready to serve.
