Snickers Icebox is a ‘box’ of treat to your taste buds. The delightful combination of snickers and butterscotch ice-cream along with thin layers of biscuits and cake is indeed mouth-watering. This frozen dessert is super easy to make too… So what are you waiting for. Go ahead and give it a try.
Preparation time : 15 minutes
- Snicker bar – 6
- fresh cream – 200 ml
- marie biscuit – as needed
- cold milk – just enough to dip the biscuits
- vanilla cake – as needed
- butterscotch ice-cream – 3/4 litre
Step 1 : Place the snickers in a microwave safe bowl. Melt it well (for about 5-7 minutes).It should be in semi liquid consistency. Then add the fresh cream to it .Mix it well with hand or a beater.(It should be well combined)
Step 2 : Take a small pudding tray . Dip the marie biscuit in cold milk and place it on the tray as the base.
Step 3 : Pour half of the snicker- cream mixture. Spread it evenly .
Step 4 : Now spread thinly sliced vanilla cake on top.
Step 5 : Pour the remaining snicker – cream mixture.
Step 6 : Keep the icecream out of the freezer for 5-10 minutes so that it comes to semi-frozen state. Then pour 3/4 liter on top as the final layer
Step 7 : Garnish it with snickers chunk pieces.
Place it in the freezer for 1-2 hours .
The delicious FROZEN Dessert is ready. Take it 10-15 minutes prior to serving out from the freezer .
Note : If you are using a bigger tray, you can either double the quantity of ingredients or avoid the vanilla cake layer. pour the entire snicker – cream mixture on top of biscuit base and then top it with semi-frozen ice-cream
