Badami Chicken Kabab

This is a minimal ingredient , delicious starter. Kids savour it as it is non-spicy. You can have it with a bowl of your favorite soup (to make it a light meal) or as a side dish for your main course meal.

Preparation time : 10 minutes

Cooking time : 35 minutes

Ingredients :

  1. Chicken boneless – 250 gms (clean and cut into cubes)
  2. yoghurt – 1/2 cup
  3. ginger-garlic paste – 2 teaspoon
  4. Butter – 1 tablespoon
  5. Almond paste – 2 teaspoon

Method :

Step 1 : Marinate chicken cubes with yoghurt ,ginger-garlic paste and salt.

Step 2 : Transfer it into a pan of butter and cook it till half done. Then grill it until fully cooked

Step 3: Make a paste of almond . Toss the grilled chicken and almond paste on tawa on medium flame for 3-4 minutes or until the chicken pieces turn light brown.

Note :

1.Grilling is optional. You can cook on gas stove. But grilling gives it a better texture.

2.soak 6-7 almonds in water and then make a fine paste .

3.You can add pepper powder while marinating to make it little spicy.
